I cannot remember any of their questions, since the interview became a friendly conversation about architecture and life.
What are your worse qualities?
This interview experience was the worst experience I've ever had. Not only did it take weeks and weeks but I was offered the role and then had it withdrawn from me twice with insulting feedback and no answer as to why this happened or why I was not given the role. This company has some serious questions around its decision making process, accountability and treatment of people as human beings. I would not ever advise interviewing here or wasting your time. They have no respect for candidates and if there was a formal way to report them I would.
2 hour online test from Vendor that extends the PMP skills exam
The peer interviewer asked typical behavioral interview questions. The candidate exercise activity was a test to see if you can manage a client and their expectations. They also asked questions to test your overall product knowledge (like best practices for a particular system).
