I liked the questions they asked. They don't ask questions like "what is your biggest strength or what is your weakest trait". They ask situational questions which become conversations about how you work.
The interviews were generally conversational, focused on getting to know each other. The task assigned to me was a thermal problem similar to the work being done there.
