The questions were very simple but the kicker is that each interviewer asked the exact same question as the last. I am dead serious the exact same question.
Name a time when you had to deal with an angry customer and how did you handle it?
None that I can think off. They all began with "Tell me about a time when...? Describe the situation, the task, actions taken, and results of your actions when answering the questions.
What if your boss told you to do something that you knew was incorrect? Would you tell him?
What would you do if you saw a customer steal from the store?
Can you tell me about a time or situation, when you went beyond normal customer service? What was the outcome?
How did you handled a customer complaint with a product purchase at your store.
