Why did I want to work for the company?
oh, I wasn't aware you are applying for a store manager position. Im interviewing a pt sale associate, and I see you have many years of manager experience....... would you like to be a co manager or something if it opens up one day?
General questions : How did you - What did you react / feel in a situation at work with a colleague. Explain the outcome etc
Where did you work before
The only questions they asked that weren't on your standard script were questions to try and get confidential information about my current employer.
How can you benefit the company
Would I be willing to travel to help out another store at any time. How would I feel if I received a call to go to another store in short notice to cover for a day.
