A few candidates were asked questions from DBMS , JAVA . But for Maximum the interview was completely H.R based . As it was first time they were hiring B.tech freshers for Market Strategies. Most of the Interviewees focused on Communication skills which was a must for the Profile . A few scenario based questions were asked related to handling of client or if you are in such a situation. An intensive discussion was done on Final year major Projects . How you planned it , what were the Problems faced , how You tackled them. Then detailed discussions on questions like 1 What is the best thing you did in college life ? 2 What decision of your life you regret the most and why ? 3 Would you be available for late night client call up's and how would you manage ? Overall the Interview was basically to judge Fluency in English , Confidence level , how you convey your thoughts and experiences , convincing skills
