A lot of scenarios. They don't care so much about experience though. I have seen people getting the job without skills and qualifications. With the way FareStart interviews, they should be able to weed out bad fits more effectively, but it turns out the embarrassingly lengthy interview process is just another FareStart dog and pony show.
I no longer have the questions but wanted to share that the post-interview stage was extremely frustrating.
