A total waste of time. A technical task was requested to deliver a virtual training session highlighting the product features. What I perceived as a high level understanding and a measure of the over all communications and presentation skills turned out to be a very pointless series of in depth question that only Subject Matter Expert can answer. Honestly if you give a task for a potential candidate with a tight deadline, it should be meant to measure the skills not the knowledge. Not to mention the snobbish and pretentious attitude with zero regards to the efforts taken putting together a decent presentation.
