Tell me about a time you dealt with a disagreement
The screening interview with HR was more of a general experiential interview with general questions regarding past experience. There was very little specific about the position as it seemed that hiring was being done at the plant level, but screening was done at corporate (the interviewer from HR was from Pennsylvania).
How to manage conflict interest
Questions were about my experience, my success, weaknesses and strengths. Questions were also about some specific Supply Chain challenges (Brexit, growth management)

I can't recall many questions other than about the number of roles that I had in the past. I seem to recall asking most of the questions in all three interviews.
