On Telephonic questions they were asked questions more relevant to my previous job experience, so if you are Windows Administrator you will be asked more about Win2k, Win2k3, Win2k8 and Win2k12. If you are network administrator they will ask more about IOS reinstallation etc. I was from a Command Centre background which is really suited for DCOPS "L1" role. I was asked more about Nagios, Incident and Problem Management and L1 support tickets on almost all Infra domains.
