I was asked to invent a how-to situation, come up with a written guide, and then explain it in laymen's terms to the interviewers as if they were end users. It did not need to be something technical (IE: you could be teaching someone how to make wine, or change a tire). This was to test how well I could interface with customers regarding complex problems and resolutions.
