What documents are contained in a call for tender ?
Total lack of alignment between job description and interview questions. Lots of preoccupation with managing software projects (although not explicit in the job description). Not impressed with lack of alignment between management's vision of what makes Syncroness successful and employees' vision. Company would do well to find a way to get project management team on board with direction management thinks they should go-- but with the lack of respect I saw from two members of management, that's not going to happen anytime soon.
What was you biggest challenge at prior job X and how did. you overcome it.
How do you motivate a development team?
Are you confident to work with engineers/partners in different countries/cultural background, and be very hands-on in chasing deals?
Experience & Accomplishments (especially in last/current role).
The VP gave me a couple of real life problems happening at the company and asked I would solve them. I guess I gave the right answers.
