How would you approach situations where you strongly believe in your recommendation, yet your supervisor opts for another approach or sets project parameters you might not fully agree with? Please provide direct responses for each part.
The interview was competency based (as you might expect), so lots of 'tell me about a time when...' and 'Give me an example of...'. Questions were focused on communication and approaches to problem solving.
