What happens when you don't make your goals?
In general they wanted to get to know you, why you are a good fit with the position. For Gallup telephone interview, I recommend to do some research.
Mostly “tell me about what you do now”. There was no situational/behavioral based questions.
They asked about my previous experience (as always) and about any difficult situations I've ever faced with the Hiring Manager on my previous job.
How have you utilized your budget and improved current systems/processes? How has this helped drive either revenue or efficiency?
What do you think about performance reviews?
If I was OK with handling a fast paced ever changing environment.
