It was a 1:1 interview with a Manager of the team. The interview lasted aorund 30 minutes with a lot of questions. They asked general issues about the employer, why you decided to work with taxes, tc. but they ask for details about projects that you have done an outstanding job, faced a difficult issue and succeed and how you handle conflict situations. It is strongly recommended to think about some cases you have done in advance and be ready to explain it.
