I don't recall anyone asking any typical interview-style questions. I was asked specific questions about my professional background and about my interests in the tax accounting field.

I was asked to give a walkthrough in my VAT reconciliation process. Then I was asked to describe a time when I made an error and how I went about to resolve it. I was also asked to describe a time I implemented a solution to help make a process more efficient.
