(what's the relevance of such question, excuse me?!) 2 - How old are you? 3 - Do you have children? 4 - We're giving you 2 scenarios and want you to choose the one that better suits you: a) if we would offer you the possibility of joining a team/area you're not familiar with and outside of your comforte zone - but with a high chance of getting a promotion in a very short time - would you prefer that or b) work in your field/area doing always the same things and having the same routine everyday with a much slower chance of getting a promotion? (this was terrible) 5 - The last question is what they call a "business case" which has nothing to do with that. They ask the most random question you can think of and give you zero explanation, details or a realistic scenario 6 - How much time would you need exactly to hire X profiles?"
