The first interview was about my CV, in the 2nd interview I've had to answer situational questions: "what would you do if, when". I then had to repeat some of my answers to other interviewers later as well, since they asked very similar questions. It would have made more sense to organize this process better from the beginning or maybe share what has already been asked.

Q: What is your current role?
Questions were fairly specific to the role for which I was applying. There were some business centered questions to ensure that the applicant is able to talk/relate with system users and business representatives.
