No situation/behavior/outcome questions to speak of. Completely wasted my time. I only wish i could sue them for the day of vacation I lost by wasting my time trying to impress four people who could've cared less. One question someone asked was "What are you like away from work?" WHAT IS THAT?? It would've been fine if it came up in normal conversation, but without any actual relevant questions leading into it this seemed very odd. If you're over the age of 30, don't waste your time. Your interview is solely a quota filler. Like mine.
