Basic network and troubleshooting based on network connections Scripting questions - how to on perl and vbscript General questions about operating systems, etc I had a feeling the mangers questions were to understand that I had the basic knowledge, the sales rep to see if I had the right personality the tech screening to really understand if I had the chops. The tech screening however was pretty easy in terms of questions - however I had a feeling it was as much about my methodology as what I knew, and a general check on someone BSing their way through or trying to google it.
What is your approach to developing a relationship with a new customer or team? When a customer has an issue or needs support, who handles that? What is your role in that process? How do you partner with support teams to drive solutions? What do you do to manage personal, management, and customer deadlines?
