For my role there were few direct questions besides the usual "tell me about your background" or "what's your favorite project you worked on". It was very personal and conversational. I really enjoyed it. One interview was 70% talking about my personal future goals unrelated to the job. The team was awesome.
They asked me to fill in my knowledge of EMEA and how to tailor social media to fit in the different markets within it.
