The phone interview was the only time I answered questions, which were not difficult at all. Sample questions: Give an example of a time where you had trouble with a student's parent. What did you do to resolve the issue? Another: Think of how you will incorporate technology into the online realm?
They will ask you RBT questions to make sure you know what you are talking about. Be prepared!
