I was told the team was resistant to change, and borderline meeting workloads, apart from one team member who did 60 percent of the whole teams work. This has been going on for a while and on one to ones with the team they insisted they can only do what they can do, with the team having internal conflict. My question was how would I lead a team like this and improve this and bring a long a team resistant to change ?
Assume a particular customer requirement is very critical for the project and for the customer, and has to be compulsorily included in the software for the next release. But the developer has difficulties in doing this and is lagging behind. There are no extra resources to help out the developer.
