Questioned whether I would really want a sourcer role vs. a recruiter role despite having a solid technical sourcing background/track record and expressed interest in the sourcer role.
I was asked if I am someone who enjoys recruiting for one specific type of role or division, and in my case it was about Sales/Revenue recruitment. I replied that I do enjoy that and am excited about it because it gives me the chance to really fine tune my skill set.
