What if you became the president?
Nothing technical. Most of them were conversational. I had three interviewers during the whole interview process. There was only one guy asking me many questions about my experience, like the best/worst team/people you've ever worked with, describing a time when you made a right/wrong decision, etc.
The case study focuses on your ability to dissect processes and to create logical/creative solutions. There isn't any one right answer, but as long as you can articulate your thoughts well and succinctly summarize your recommendations, you will be fine. I'd highly recommend practicing case studies with a partner before your interview.
What would you say is your biggest flaw
Please give me an example of a situation you have faced, within which you felt you made poor decisions, and what actions did you take afterwards. (behavioral interview question to replace the idiotic "what are your weaknesses" question)
All questions will be behavioral based. Make sure you have the standard ones practiced ("tell me about yourself", "what are your biggest weaknesses", "why do you want to work in public accounting", "tell me about a time when you..."
