There is really none that are difficult if you have been a server before you will have no problems in answering the questions. It is not difficult to get in and in the training you are not required to do your training test as a closed book test, AT least it was that was from previous manager.

Many questions were asked. Several regarding pet peeves, describing the neighborhood your grew up in. Posse is such a dynamic organization that is doing nationally recognized work with youth. I made it to a second round interview. Just be yourself when answering and if you're a fit for the position/organization; wonderful!

Where it got weird is that... again, this is for a part-time position which requires a lot of travel. A lot of time away from family. Yet they said at the beginning of the process that they encourage you to have outside interests such as family care and or a side business...which I have both. So I said this seems like the perfect job for me. Then their feedback at the end of ALL the interviews was "we feel you're more concerned with how Decker can fit into your life than how you can fit into Decker." Um...yeah, this is a part time job. And so I am only interested in how it can fit into my life. Then came this: "We feel you haven't really bought in. It's a part time job but a full time buy-in." Ok...so starting to feel a little cultish. No thanks. They only want what benefits them and aren't really concerned with what works for you. Most employers are aware that it needs to be a 2-way street. Clearly something is missing here.

Most questions were about my previous experience and lessons learned about training adults across different industries and skill sets. I also had to give a 15 minute presentation to people in a classroom and remote staff via webex.
