1. This 8 minute test will assess your speed and accuracy in basic mental arithmetic. In our experience, candidates are able to improve their performance on this test quite significantly by practicing using online resources. 2. This assessment consists of 9 short neuro-assessment games. Each game lasts between 2 and 15 minutes. The assessment takes about 60 minutes to complete overall. 3. You will have 25 minutes to complete a numerical reasoning test. 4. This test will assess your ability to apply probability theory. You have a limited time per question; and 15 minutes to complete the assessment overall.

It is different from all interviews I had before. It is a market making question, and I need to bet and evaluate the value of each decision, and estimate my total profit and loss, which is something I've never seen.
