They asked me a lot of questions but one thing I noted is that they seemed only interested in hiring "a unicorn" They basically didn't give me a chance at the interview and it seemed they had made up their mind not hiring me prior to the interview and were just going through the motions for an intefview

Technical questions, how comfortable would I be doing certain tasks, etc.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years
1. What would you do if there were two cab drivers next to each other arguing? 2. What would you do if a traffic attendant was texting, while directing traffic? 3. Tell me a time when you demonstrated leadership qualities?
Q: Name a time when something you suggested didn't go as planner or as well as you thought it would.
