They asked general interview questions. Tell me how you would use what you do in your current role to apply it to what we do at Indigo. They also asked which one of the company values had the most impact on me.
In the general interview, the HR person asked about my goals and ambitions, why I had interest in their company and what I wanted to achieve there. In the main interview with transportation people, I was asked more specific questions regarding my background and experience as well as my level of proficient in related software programs. Almost all of the questions were specifically related to my field of study and my background, and none was about my strengths and weaknesses or questions to measure level of intelligence. Both interviews took less than 45 minutes altogether.
