I told them a little story about myself, because I have had experience in transportation planning. They were curious about my experience. Most of the time we spoke about that. After that we spoke about my assessment and answer. The interview had been last for two hours.

The interviewers actually had me take the reign and ask most of the questions. Come prepared with a list of questions! It was a very lax and comfortable environment. They asked me to explain in detail what experience I had with the software programs I listed on my resume.
