I have honestly forgotten the video pre-screen questions as it was a couple of weeks back now (fairly certain they were your typical/introduction style questions) - but the panel interview questions use STAR behavioural questions - which require you to outline the issue, the steps you took to resolve it, and the outcome afterward.
The questions were like introduce yourself in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, your working experience and your travel experience. Also the question was involving what do you think about how to create and close the deal of sales.
