if u were so behind your target and had to make your target within the next few weeks, how would you do it?
They ask you to sit in groups in a room and they will first tell you to get to know the person next to you and then ask you to get up in front of everyone (around 20 people) and explain why that person next to you would be great for the role. Then you must give a presentation on yourself. Afterwards you will complete a test booklet with many questions about countries, cities, touristic destinations and a few other things. Finally you will be taken to a room with 2 interviews and you will do a role play of selling a holiday to Fiji or Bali or wherever they will pick! It was a long, tiring, stressful interview in my opinion!
