Where is your salary coming from?
No design related questions, they focus on coding process. It is very strange.
Standard questions - tell me about a time you had a direct report who wasn’t performing, tell me about a time when you had to work with a difficult XFN partner, etc.
Not really any difficult questions. Was a little tricky being unexpectedly left alone in a room with my potential future direct reports without any introduction to who they were or who I was!
