The team wanted to see the scope of my work and my ability to think on a micro level but also to 'think big' on a macro level. I was challenged with showing some work that 'pushed the boundaries'. This was a great challenge to have as part of the overall interview process. We also dug into the micro details of some of the interaction work I'd delivered with the UX Design team. I spent extra time talking through the work after the interview responding to their questions. It was extremely enjoyable as they were fully engaged.
