Why would you be a good fit at the company?
I was asked to break down an existing video the company did and was asked what I would do differently or how it could've been improved.
How many people have you managed in previous roles? How deep is your experience in Digital? Why did you choose to go into this field?
Stupid same questions in all rounds which were already listed in my CV.
I don't remember the questions.
For the first 16 minutes or so she talked in depth about the corporate structure, product line, the fact that it was a new position, which VP I would be talking to in the hiring process, etc. Then she asked for my questions which she addressed at length.
What is one interesting fact about you?
Describe your previous work experience and how does that make you a strong candidate for this role? Why do you want to work for Fender? Why are you looking for a different job?
