The problem was no questions about the job, just about my personality. In four interviews no one ask me about visual merchandising, about retail, about their stores (i had visited some and their visual merchandising was horrible) about design, about window displays or about my languages, nothing. Unbelievable.
How do you take initiative in your personal life? How are you a self-starter?
After my initial interview, I was reached out to muktiple times asking if I knew additional skill sets they wanted for the role. Each skill was not included the original credentials they asked for, nor had much to do with the position I would be hired for.

I was asked to explain the assignment I had worked on, the concept, thought process, reference websites, design process etc. Also there asked about my earlier works.
Previous experience in digital design, career goals, how I worked collaboratively with dev and other disciplines. the design process in general and some general questions about mobile design since I was interviewing for an app designer position
