Pros
They have a clear vision and seem to be clicking on all cylinders and getting there. Growth has been strong and the brand name seems to be getting more traction and attracting great talent. A great variety of customers and projects. They talk a lot about being "one team" and building culture and their actions seem to follow. There's very little competition between departments, if any. Leaders seem to work together pretty well. Everyone is moving in one direction and management is committed to bringing in great people.
Cons
If you don't like change, this may not be the place for you. I've been here a while and there has been some turnover that folks (especially overseas) complain about (it is especially visible in the senior most levels). But, honestly, there's plenty of longevity too and the attrition rates they report are fairly low. Every transition I've seen has resulted in an even better company. The next leader seems to be even stronger and just as good of a culture fit. They are still working to scale management. Sometimes folks aren't as empowered as leadership claims. But, the CEO seems to be pushing for more things to be delegated and more leaders to be trusted. Their entire focus for 2017 is to develop and empower new leaders and recently I've seen more promotion from within.
