      As it always has been a tradition in 3Pillar Global, employees are getting punished by incompetence of top-level management. Yearly wage increase was never a thing here, however, now, it is newly on "maybe you'll get some compensation in the future but probably not" basis, since the compensation is based on the company goals which were not met since I joined.

      1. Good learning opportunities 2. Client Interactions 3. Complete WFH 4. Work life balance , no one ask to work too late or to work on weekends 5. Office parties , sometimes in resorts 6. Gifts on occasions but from some times gifts has been stopped .
