Pros

- decent starting salary - nice teammates

Cons

- anual salary discussion is not a negociation. You don't like it? Bad luck, nothing we can do - management has no accountability. They can say anything bad about you even if it's not true (this goes for both positive and negative things, e. g. people being promoted because they are good friends with their manager). When you request feedback from team members they don't care. So managers are Gods here. What they say is true. When caught with lies, no consequences unless a project fails explicitly due to their decisions. This leads to mostly mamangers that have no idea what they are doing, but think they are the best, even though they fail at even the most basic management good practices. - most benefits were cut due to low budget because of COVID, but suprisingly we bought 3 new companies

Pros

Flexible timings Work life balance Less pressure In house food facilities are great Cab facilities are good

Cons

No hikes Full of politicians No growth You will be used and thrown once project is over. No bench strength so fear of layoffs would always be with you. Outdated projects, Worst appraisal, If you are already on higher limit of band then forget about hike, after 12 months of hard work you will get a pair of eggs. LoL

Thank you for talking high about our culture and Benefits. We always believe in serving our employees the best in terms of healthy environment, culture, work life balance, training & development, initiatives and platforms for knowledge sharing, free meals including breakfast and snacks, etc. About the cons mentioned by you, e always invest in market benchmarking and provide competitive increments to our team members which depends from individual to individual on the basis of skillset, performance, potential, etc. This Market Benchmarking is very specific to our sector of Companies and is considered as one of the best ways of performance management. We also keep ourselves upgraded with the market pay scales and keep having market studies of pay scale in order to maintain market standards. Bench Hiring is one of the strategies for safeguarding our future requirements, so we do follow that and currently we have a 10% of Bench Strength available with us. If you ever feel like talking more and discussing with us personally, please feel free to write us at alankrita.shree@3pillarglobal.com.

Pros

3Pillar is a happy place with pleasant colleagues. If you're on a project that's billable, life is all right.

Cons

It used to be incredible our user experience and design practice. We used to think we're building something distinctive. Then a few years back the executives merged Product management and UX teams. They altered management as well. Two things have become truth since that time. First, we now have a vision about allocations and money. Second, people have been leaving on a regular basis. Many of us, including myself, are still frustrated and looking for job.
