Pros

No working hours regulation. That's it

Cons

Don't have good projects. Hire n fire is so common. Takes so much time to settle down fnf. My process is still going on even after 3 months of relieving. Worst employer. Senior management will treat you like a puppet. They will make you work on a obsolete technology even if you don't know about that.

We have gone through the data of employees who left us in last 6 months and there is no case where the settlement is pending since 3 months. Feel free to send an email to talentengagement-india@3pillarglobal.com regarding your case. Pros

Their pay is good and they offer flexible work schedule. It is a good place for beginner level people to gain some experience.

Cons

They still work at very basic level of product management. Their leaders only repeat from beginner level books about agile and lean.

Pros

Flexible hours to work Work from home facility

Cons

False commitments They can fire you anytime as soon as the project finish or layoff. Arrogant Managers , all trying to save their position , some so called Architect are not on any project for last 3 years but serving. Very short term projects and the project duration is about 2 or 3 months so after that again u need to look for new projects or learn new technology and get fit into else you are fired. if you are on bench for single day, no increment even if you have worked on project for full time. DON'T KNOW WHAT U.S. MANAGEMENT ARE MANAGING FROM U.S.
