      salary below average , very questionable policies (against RO laws and regulations), way more attributes compared to the job description to please the US client/management, lots of micromanagement

      Pros

      Awesome company the everything is great, and work-life balance, and friendly and helpful people.

      Cons

      after the changes in the higher management, the company stopped all the perks of employee that gave little extra happiness in the corporate life, like small gifts on every festival, quarter parties, annual parties, and office lunch, now they are doing lot of cost cutting
