Pros

Work from home is the only good thing here.

Cons

No job security at all, company is failing to ensure its employees. Can't even keep a employees for few months on bench who has dedicated years for your growth at last they will say this is how business works. Hikes :- i can't even afford a medium size pizza with that hike, this is what you get after hard working for whole year. I have seen managers giving priority to their favorite ones. Projects are too short 3 months, 6 months employees are always in worry what's next. No associates, no junior roles, no interns, making it a toxic environment No facilities at all, no bonus no gifts nothing, they just send automated congratulations on birthdays and anniversaries. They play with employees trust. I have never seen Upper management getting laid off they are sitting here from years nothing changed just fire lower position employees. I totally wasted 3 years of my life on this company.

Pros

- salary on time without annual hike [in the name of fiscal prudence] - work from home was a covid compulsion now being sold sold as benefit. - only good for people from remote places or who are running side business .

Cons

- David H. DeWolf is not a CEO anymore. [do ask this question when joining] in the name of financial crises , they are cutting important things . [new CEO Approved is killing it ] - 4 year old 2020 /21 models are provided if your laptop stops working and expects IT excellence - no new IT infrastructure - no new opportunities - only soft skills and internal low level self -training are conducted in name of Learning & Development . - no paid certifications or formal trainings - no employee rejuvenation programs - no happy culture . [only HR / Talnet team is having fun ] - no onsite opportunities [only managers and leadership has that pool access ]
