4yWe thank you for the positive feedback. Because of the trust shown by our team members, we have been able to bag GPTW certification 4th time in a row. We believe in continuous improvement and strive to come up with more employee friendly policies and continue our fair working environment to enable all team members to learn and grow. We also acknowledge feedback on salary appraisal. If this gives any additional information, our average increment is aligned with market standards and as a practice we perform pulse check after increment exercise to assess effectiveness of the exercise and seek feedback. In addition to salary increment, we also perform salary band revision and salary normalisation exercise time to time to keep our salary package competitive for the team members. However if still team members have any discontent, they are encouraged to discuss it with their managers and Talent Business Partners.
