WFH good atmosphere and people in office

Cons

- the job description was totally different then the actual job. Supposed to be software developer, but actually was more like an IT technician / devops with obscure Team Foundation techstack. But that was a specific client's issue, other projects/teams might be different. - sometimes you are part of existing client's team, whose quality/productivity/practices might vary significantly - career progression depends on both the client manager and the 3Pillar manager agreeing.

-Leadership is atrocious -Raises and bonuses are nonexistent -Restructure again, still a mess -Low salaries -Toxic environment. Leaders are bullies. -No 401k match -Healthcare benefits are terrible. -Job security -No growth/career path -No ethics/no culture -Lacks most corporate benefits you'd find elsewhere
