The IT team is growing and not yet at it's peak maturity. Lots of opportunities to grow your career.

Cons

Has a small company feel if that deters you away. Return to Office 5 days a week in United States. Lob levels and salaries are not transparent

Professional western MNC Significant market share Nice office

Cons

Very old/outdated systems (and employees, including management) Expats are easily paid double for the same role and are part of management’s inner circle Locals are old and treating it as a retirement home with no ambition/improvement Because of the aforementioned point, no progression, expected to just do the minimum the role requires, skills atrophy Negligible pay increment and below market salaries Antiquated HR policies such as no WFH, staff benefits not competitive either
