      Not what you would expect of a big company.

      Pros

      The company is involved in most major construction projects, so you get to experience that.

      Cons

      Working atmosphere is awful. 15 PTO + 8 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday. No sick days, so you better be a healthy person or you can say goodbye for your PTO. As a consultant you are expected to bill 100% of your time from day 1, no exceptions for onboarding training.
