      Pros

      AECOM is very organized and very systematic. Wide variety of projects makes it the best for learning. The compensation and benefits are what makes this work environment the best, Happily paid employees make for a happy work environment.

      Cons

      can not really find anything negative about aecom, some minor HR issues that are not worth mentioning. other than that. aecom is the best.

      Fantastic global employment opportunity. Many training resources available. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Because of the nature of my position (serving a government contract) I feel like an outsider to the AECOM world.
