Pros

There are occasionally some interesting projects that crop up. Plenty of social activities. Also the people are great. Share save scheme available.

Cons

Difficult to progress due to lack of opportunity and tough market conditions. It’s difficult to picture a positive future there. Pay is below average and there are no bonuses or profit sharing. Only below-inflation pay increases which admittedly is standard.

AECOM Ireland is great - the leadership is really invested and try to cultivate culture and make it a nice place to work.

Cons

Being a large American company means there’s a LOT of red tape. It’s difficult to get things done/approved. Salaries are not great.
