Pros

Plenty of opportunities to eat office provided food.

Cons

Every coworker I talk to has plans on leaving the company. Employees have to beg for work and use PTO hours and suspense to curtail low utilization. Overtime hours are straight time and any overhead or training hours during a week with overtime is considered volunteering. Very little on boarding training, most training is on the job, so few project managers want to use their budgets to train new employees.

Pros

None if I could I would give this company zero stars. They allow toxic work behavior such as work gossips. Managers coherence employees to work for free all the time and. I was made to work for free alot and sometimes want even paid for 40 hours due to small budget despite putting 40 hours or more my manager made me put my hours as unpaid leave.

Cons

No work life balance Work politics Benefits suck Nickle and dime every damn thing

Pros

There are still some good people left at the company that are great to work with and mentor junior staff.

Cons

Corporate management is in a different state and has little to no involvement in generating or keeping local business interests. As a result projects are drying up and good people are leaving the company in droves. Work life balance was hard and some projects keep you away from home for weeks at a time. Overall office moral is at an all time low. Little to no opportunity for advancement.
