      Great job to get your foot into the door. The people are great too.

      If you're considering working here, it’s worth asking current employees about their experience with management — many are candid and open if you ask directly. For some, the trade-offs may be manageable if you're either experienced and command immediate respect, or if you’re early in your career and need a foot in the door. But be clear-eyed going in. The industry as a whole is also a bit messy, in that there will often be unexpected problems due to the nature of environmental data acquisition.
