      Not valued as a person, you're just a number, not a lot of training, any training you do must be made up with billable hour time

      Many events and tech talks are held throughout the year. Flexible working hours and the flexibility to work from home.

      Cons

      Leaders or PMs can be lacking leadership and technical knowledge. Just a postman or coordinator. No clear direction and instruction, while claiming credit from the team is always the case. Hierarchy is poor. Favouritism, politics and a toxic working environment. Performance is not transparent, hence result in lack of salary increment.
